Understanding Plans and Pricing
GrownBy is available for a variety of different types of business cases. In order to make sure you’re not paying for features you don’t use, you must choose a plan for your farm. You can review the available plans and pricing at this link. You will notice that member owners receive 10% off all GrownBy plans. Annual payment also come with a discount vs monthly.
Q: How do I sign up?
A: If you already have a GrownBy Account, you may adjust your plan by visiting Account Settings → Membership & Plan → Change Plan
Q: I see messages on my GrownBy Dashboard that say, “Plan Required.” What should I do?
A: Some features are blocked unless you have the correct GrownBy Plan. If you need access to one of these features, you may upgrade your plan.
Q: My customers want to pay offline but the option is not available – why is that?
A: Offline payments are not available under the GrownBy Free Plan. In order to accept Offline payment (check, cash, venmo, etc) at checkout, you must sign up for GrownBy Offline/Basic which is $30/month.
Q: I offer/would like to offer customized shares. What plan do I need?
A: Custom shares require the CSA Plan with the Custom Shares add-on.
