Notification Settings

As of GrownBy 3.9, Farm Admins can limit the notifications that Farm Admins and Customers receive. By default, Customers and Admins receive the following notifications: Customer Notifications and Farmer Notifications

To Limit Notifications

On your Account Settings page, navigate to "Notifications." Select the notifications you want to toggle off. 

Suggestions

We recommend leaving all customer notifications on, especially pickup reminders.

We know that farmers, especially those with large and complex operations might be receiving hundreds of order notifications in a busy day and wanted to provide a way to allow a tidier inbox and ability to focus on more important notifications. 

Customers can turn all of their notifications from a given farm on or off via their account page > "notification settings."
