Invoices Screen on Register

How to Access the Invoices Screen

To access the Invoices screen on Register, click on the account icon in the top right corner of the starting screen. From the drop down menu, select “Invoices”.

On this page you can access invoices and receipts and process refunds. Follow the annotated image for more information.

1. Click on your farm logo or profile picture.



2. Select Invoices on the menu.




What to Expect on the Invoices Page

Look up a customer order using name or invoice number. Names will only be listed if they have a GrownBy account and is connected to the order before purchasing. Find the Total Amount and Due Date listed. The due date will reflect the date the Register order was purchased. The invoice status will reflect if the order was paid or refunded.
