GrownBy Register is integrated with select Star Micronics hardware, and specifically hardware that can connect via Bluetooth.

How to connect the printer to GrownBy

Bluetooth Settings

  1. Go to General --> Bluetooth Settings


  1. Connect

GrownBy Register Settings

  1. Open GrownBy Register


  1. Under Receipt Printers click "Find"


  1. Find device model and click "Connect"

  1. The printer may be already connected to GrownBy

How to print receipts

On Checkout

  1. Checkout customer

  2. Take payment

  3. On Success Screen, click Actions





From Invoices

You can easily reprint online or offline receipts with GrownBy. Here are the steps:

  1. Open Invoices page in GrownBy Register

  2. Click on Invoice


  1. Click Print Receipt



Troubleshooting

Failed to Print Receipt, Open Failed

  1. Go to General --> Bluetooth Settings
  2. Navigate to Printer
  3. Click Forget device
  4. Turn off Bluetooth
  5. Power off Printer
  6. Turn on Bluetooth
  7. Turn on Printer
  8. Printer will request to connect
  9. Connect with Printer
  10. Open GrownBy Register
  11. Navigate to Devices under side menu
  12. Under Receipt Printers click "Find"
  13. Find device model and click "Connect" (Printer may already be connected)
