Your payout bank account is stored in your Stripe account, not in GrownBy, so you change it in Stripe. You don't need to contact Stripe support. You can sign in to Stripe and update it yourself.

Update your bank account in Stripe

  1. Sign in to Stripe here.
  2. Go to your payout or bank account settings.
  3. Update your bank details and save.

Stripe may ask you to verify the change before it takes effect.
