GrownBy Wholesale supports multiple buyers logging into the same account through their own credentials. In other words, several members of a team can use their own logins on the GrownBy wholesale marketplace to access the same account. This could allow a few buyers to place orders or it could allow a bookkeeper to download and pay invoices. We may offer varied team roles for buyers in the future.
Directions for adding an "Authorized User"
Step 1: Create a GrownBy account.
This new Authorized User must have a GrownBy account before you add them to your Wholesale Authorized User list. They should not be an approved wholesale buyer, so the farm admin does not need to be involved. You can see basic instructions for creating an account here.
Step 2: Share your Account
Navigate to your Account page by clicking the down arrow in the top right of GrownBy. From your Account page, you’ll see an option that says “Share your account”. Click there:

At the bottom of the next page, click Add Authorized User. In the pop-up, enter their email address and click Invite:


Step 3: New Authorized Buyer Accepts invite
The buyer admin receives an email with a button to allow them to accept the invite.
When the new buyer admin logs in, they have a screen that informs them that they've been invited and allows them to accept the invite.
Step 4: Access the Account
From here forward, when the new authorized buyer looks at the wholesale platform, they will see the account information of the main buyer. When the new buyer admin switches to retail (GrownBy.com), they'll see their own account information.
As a note, this feature is only available on wholesale. Any of the users will see only their own, personal account on grownby.com.
