Creating multiple Admins on a single buyer account
GrownBy Wholesale supports multiple buyers logging into the same account through unique credentials. In other words, several members of a team can use their own logins on the GrownBy wholesale marketplace to access the same account. We will offer management of this kind of team to buyers in the future. In the meantime, we can add users to the same account.
Please submit a support request with the following information:
1. The account owners
2. The email address of others to add to the account on wholesale. All users must have an account before making this request.
As a note, this feature is only available on wholesale. Any of the users will see only their own, personal account on grownby.com.
