GrownBy Changes

Delivery fees are reworked, based on Farmer feedback: charges are included with invoices and can be paid completely in advance.
Farm Admins may choose which GrownBy notifications they receive, as well as various preferences for their customers.
The distribution page is now Fulfillment and Daily Summary, an export on that page, is now named "Pick list". This page now runs more efficiently, allowing you to directly export or view on GrownBy. Filters now include Catalog.
Order Creator updated with optional fees and digital products.
Order Creator performance improvements.
Improvements for Safari web browser.
Messages design improvements, including time stamps.
Invoice Exports now include additional payment information for bookkeeping reconciliation.
More flexibility on Farm Admin rescheduling.
Farmers and shoppers can edit delivery addresses and update all future deliveries or shipments to the same address.
Numerous user experience improvements and bug fixes.

GrownBy Wholesale is now available to all US and Canadian farmers!
Distribution dates and locations can be edited by Farm Admins in Wholesale.
Order editing is now more robust.
Improvements in shopping Wholeale UI, including right-side cart and collapsible filters.
GrownBy Wholesale notifications are updated to more clearly communicate future invoice due dates.
Order approval process improved for improved accuracy.
Buyers can now share their purchasing, Institutional accounts via the Accounts page.
