GrownBy Support is here to help you with the software! Our support team is made up of farmers like you. We make every effort to be available when you need us and respond quickly to your requests.
When you run into a problem on GrownBy, take a minute to look at the simple suggestions in this article first.
Availability
We are most available from 9 am to 5 pm eastern time on weekdays. Our goal is to respond to all requests within 24 hours or on the next business day. We maintain support coverage during evenings and weekends as well though our capacity is slightly lower.
How to Reach Us
There are a variety of ways you can reach us at GrownBy:
- Feedback form on the app. This form is available on the account page of the app on mobile and desktop. While logged in, click on your image at the top right of GrownBy. This will drop down a menu. Click Account. On the Account page, there is a link that says, "Provide Feedback."
- Zoho Ticket Submission Form:
You can also reach us via the Zoho Ticket Form which you can find here.
- Email – You can email us at either at [email protected] or [email protected].
- Social Media – We do not recommend contacting us via social media with support requests. If you need help, please email us or use one of the other methods above!
