Before you Start: Information and Materials Needed to Set-up GrownBy

Grab all of the documentation that you'll need to make the process of setting up your farm in GrownBy proceed quickly!

Administrative

Your EIN (or social security number if that's what you use for your farm's taxes)
Your Stripe account login (if you don't have one, you'll be prompted to create one). This includes the device that you will receive the 2-step verification code on.
You'll want to decide who is the contact for the business for Stripe
Your bank account info (routing and account number)
Your driver's license (Stripe needs it to verify your identity)

Addresses of everywhere you distribute products (markets, farm stands, CSA distribution sites, etc.)
Schedule details for all of your distribution locations for the upcoming season
A list of products you sell including:
- Photo of each product
- Description of each product
- Price of each product
- How many variations of that product you sell ie: 1 bunch of Kale vs 1 bushel box of Kale
- Where you sell this product
- At what times during the year this product is available
Your CSA share details: (and if you have multiple shares, you'll want this for each)
- Description of the share
- Schedule
- Price of the share, including if you want to offer weekly or monthly installments
- Options for flexibility, such as do you want to offer vacation weeks
- Photos: If you have CSA share pictures, those are great!
