You can export your customer data at anytime. This can be a useful tool to check all remaining Farm Credit or to pull a list of customer history. Note that these all of the customer who have bought from you since you started using GrownBy, so this may have many years of data. If you need to export customers with a current share, use the Fulfillments tab.

From the Customer Page, simply click Export to CSV and you will receive a spreadsheet of your customers.

The fields in this export include:

  • GrownBy customer ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Alternate Email
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Pronouns
  • Stripe Customer ID
  • CSA, if applicable
  • Distribution Schedule
  • Location
  • Preferences (Custom Share product preferences set by the customer, when applicable)
