How to Access the Orders Screen

First, to access the Orders screen on Register, click on the account icon in the top right corner of the starting screen. From the drop down menu, select “Orders”.

The following screen will show you a log of all of your orders, Retail, Wholesale, or through Register. The annotated screenshot below gives a full guide to everything you will see on the screen.

You can use the search bar above to look up specific orders using the customer name or order number. 

For each order you will see the order number, date & time of purchase, the order total, and status. Walk-in customers for Register will not have the Name or Email address logged in the orders screen. You will only see that information if you added one of your GrownBy customers from your customer list, or the customer has a GrownBy QR code for you to add them to the order. 


 1. Click on the profile logo in the top right corner of your home screen.

 

2. Click on "Orders"




Looking at the Orders Screen

On the orders screen, you can identify orders from the order number or customer name. The customer name and email will only appear if you added the customer to the order before checking out. You can search specific orders using the customer name and order number. The orders list will have the date, time, total and status of the order. Lastly, you’re able to print receipts for each order from the Action column.
