Packing Sheets
Packing sheets were designed for packing pre-orders and answer the question What do I put in this customer's box?
Filters
Location: Limit results to one location.
Product: Limit results to a specific product.
Product Type: Select All products; Shares; or Standard products to only show one product type in the report.
Producer: Limit results to one producer.
CSA (if "Share" selected for Product Type): Limit results to one CSA.
Catalog: Limit results to one catalog.
Category: Limit results to one category.
Date range: Choose a date range for your results. Start and end on one day for only one day.
The web view fields include:
- Name, address, phone number of the farm
- Name of customer
- Order number
- Address of the distribution location
- Pick up date
- Payment status (paid or due)
- Item
- Quantity | Buying Option
- Price ea.
- Total Price
- Order notes (if any)
Export
To view, please open the Export dropdown and choose Export as PDF. Each printable sheet contains:
- Farm details including farm name, address, phone number, and email address
- Order details including order # and if the order is paid or due
- Pick up details, including date, location, and address
- Customer details including name, email address, phone number
- Item details:
- Item name
- Quantity
- Unit (ex. Share, lbs, bunch)
- Total in $ per product
- Order Note
- Total cost of the order
If a customer submitted two orders for one distribution, they will have two packing sheets. An Export as CSV option is also available from the Export dropdown.
