Packing Sheets

Packing sheets were designed for packing pre-orders and answer the question What do I put in this customer's box?

Filters

Product type: Select All products; Shares; or Standard products to only show one product type in the report.

CSA Group (if "Share" filter selected): Limit results to one CSA group.

Types of Share: (if "Share" filter selected): Limit results to one type of share.

Locations: Limit results to one location.

Dates: Choose a date range for your results. Start and end on one day for only one day.

The HTML (web view fields) include:

Includes:

  • Name, address, phone number of the farm
  • Name of customer
  • Order number
  • Address of the distribution location
  • Pick up date
  • Payment status (paid or due)
  • Product
  • Unit (ex. Share, lbs, bunch)
  • Quantity
  • Total in $ per product

Export to PDF

To view, please click Export PDF. Each printable sheet contains:

  • Farm details including farm name, address, phone number, and email address
  • Order details including order # and if the order is paid or due
  • Pick up details, including date and location (but not address)
  • Customer details including name, email address, phone number
  • Item details:
    • Item name
    • Quantity
    • Unit (ex. Share, lbs, bunch)
    • Total in $ per product
  • Total cost of the order
  • Payment type (Credit or Cash, which is all offline payments)

If a customer submitted two orders for one distribution, they will have two packing sheets. This report doesn't export to .csv, but all of these fields are in the Sign In Sheet export.
